Algemene Voorwaarden

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and provision of services by EasySite, Vennenstraat 27, 9260 Wichelen (VAT: BE 0637.849.135 ).

2. Quotations and agreements

All quotations are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation or upon commencement of the work.

3. Prices and payment

All stated prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the customer is automatically in default and is liable for default interest of 10% per annum.

4. Performance of the agreement

We will perform the agreement to the best of our knowledge and ability. To the extent that proper performance requires, we have the right to have certain work performed by third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the delivered products and services rest with us, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After full payment, the customer acquires a right of use to the end product.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by our professional liability insurance, or - if no payment is made - to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

7. Force majeure

In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill any obligation. Force majeure includes: power outages, internet outages, server outages at third parties, and other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Applicable law

All agreements are subject to Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the district where our registered office is located.
