Algemene Voorwaarden

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and provision of services by EasySite, Vennenstraat 27, 9260 Wichelen (VAT: BE 0637.849.135 ).

2. Quotes and agreements

All quotes are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation or after commencement of the work.

3. Prices and payment

All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the customer is automatically in default and a default interest of 10% per year is due.

4. Execution of the agreement

We will perform the agreement to the best of our ability and knowledge. If and to the extent that proper execution requires this, we have the right to have certain work carried out by third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the delivered products and services rest with us, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After full payment, the customer acquires a right of use to the final product.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our professional liability insurance in the relevant case, or — if no payment is made — to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

7. Force majeure

In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to perform any obligation. Force majeure includes: power outages, internet failures, server failures at third parties, and other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the district where our registered office is located.
